What you'll get
  • Why some specialists are so hard to find: a real shortage, or too many requirements packed into one role?
  • How engineers from automotive, aviation, defence or pharma can bring their experience into space
  • How long a new hire needs to work independently, and what juniors need from senior engineers
  • What changes when a company moves from prototype to product, and what is lost when a key engineer leaves

Built on conversations, not scraped job ads.

This is a qualitative study. Kenneth and Anthony Długosz interviewed founders, technical and quality leaders, specialists, HR teams, educators, students and young engineers connected to the Polish space sector.

The report shows mechanisms and decisions behind hiring problems. It is not a statistical survey of the whole sector, and it says so where the evidence is limited.
